Not only does she have incredible knowledge of the therapy areas in which she treats, Caroline communicates this clearly & has a friendly, reassuring manner which is so important. She is clearly passionate about providing a quality service to her clients. I found Caroline on google and I’m so glad I did! I attended for LED light therapy for my rosacea and menopause acne and it’s made a real difference. Caroline is a thoroughly approachable, realistic and knowledgeable lady with your care at the heart of what she does. I have taken all her advice and it has greatly helped. I shall be returning for other treatments. Highly recommend

From the moment you step into the room for your treatment Caroline makes you feel comfortable. She is patient and takes her time explaining everything throughout. I can not recommend her enough and my moustache is gone :-) The laser treatment on my Facial vessels is awesome and after just one treatment my face looked amazing....it was that good... I cried as it had been bothering me for years. Thank you for being so awesome my Laser-Lady x

Caroline is extremely knowledgable about her profession/the treatments she offers, as well as being a genuinely lovely person! The treatment room itself is always clean and generally a really relaxing environment. Would highly recommend.

Just had my first laser hair removal treatment. Was quite nervous beforehand due to how up close and personal a stranger was about to be with my body but Caroline is amazing! She’s very knowledgeable and professional and seemed to instinctively know when I needed a break. Looking forward to my next treatments and can’t wait to see the results. 10/10 would recommend!

I've had 2 laser hair removal sessions with Caroline so far. I'm really impressed and noticed a difference after the first session which I wasn't expecting as I have PCOS.I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to waxing so decided to try laser on my bikini line. Caroline was brilliant and put me at ease and adjusted the settings so it didn't hurt too much. I barely felt the second session. I'm definitely converted to this method of hair removal now!
