Sutton Park Stourbridge Renault

First time for us dealing with Neb from Sutton garage. Such a helpful, friendly guy who was kindness itself from first looking to driving away with our beautiful new Renault Mégane e tech iconic. Couldn't do enough for us. The only negative is we've called the garage a few times with messages left to call back and never any response back. Doesn't take away from the great experience though!

Had the pleasure of purchasing my new vehicle with Neb this weekend! What a wonderful service; I was accompanied by my son with special needs and Neb was more than accommodating, so friendly, and so very helpful. Neb very efficiently ran me through all of the technicalities of the car before take-off, and had no problem answering all of my questions. What a lovely experience, thank you Neb!

I had a really good experience. Communication was really good; being kept informed about the progress of my car and when replacement parts were required. I was picked up from my home by the person I had been dealing with and that is a really nice touch.The one thing that could be improved is that my service history was not stamped and I need to go back to the site to get this done.

I had a fantastic experience with Renault Stourbridge. From start to finish Neb was great - he told me all I needed to know about the car etc without trying to push a sale (unlike another dealership I went to not far away). He kept me updated about my cars progress regularly and made a lovely fuss when I went to collect it. I had a query about 3 weeks after picking up my car and Neb was still helpful and got everything sorted for me (this is refreshing as I know some places aren’t forthcoming with help once you’ve got the car). I will definitely be back here for another car in the future. For those wondering, I purchased a Captur special edition and it’s an amazing car!
