These guys deserve a 5+ stars for their services. Really honest team and affordable prices. He fitted me in last minutes for an MOT after I had not a good experience with another garage, do not think twice to choose them, but just choose them. Thank you very very much for today guys.

West Way Motors always give me the confidence that they will do what is needed without overcharging or doing things that are not needed. Friendly and accomodating. It's hard to find a garage that you feel you can rely on without getting ripped off and West Way are the garage for me!

Took my car here for what sounded like dodgy brakes and a gone cv joint. Identified the specific problems and fixed for (what seems like) a great market value rate. Furthermore, identified my top strut had collapsed so that was replaced. Finally, did a few smaller fixes for low cost (7 pound part and minimal labour) which saved me replacement in MoT. Very friendly people.Furthermore, day after the work was done I had a failure on one of my cv boots and grease went everywhere. This was not the cv joint they worked on and some garages might have refused to resolve the issue for free, these guys did it for free which was great of them.Seems like a great company and shame i'm moving away from Bournemouth and cannot continue using them regularly.

I cannot thank Mark and his team enough. They booked me in last minute as I needed the repairs done ASAP. They did a quick but very efficient job.

Super service from Mark and everyone at West Way. Popped in for advice and Mark did a little test drive to diagnose the issue. Rather than fitting me in where convenient, he wanted the work done asap as the issue was pretty bad. Gave me choice of quality/price of the replacement part and the work was done in a couple of hours following drop off. Will be using again next time!

Absolutely AMAZING staff at west way garage! The lads went above and beyond to help me out and I couldn’t have been more surprised/pleased with the outcome. I’ll never use another garage again. Trustworthy, honest reliable people. HIGHLY recommend.18/7/23 - Been back since, battery light came on the dash. They identified within minutes that I needed a new alternator, couldn’t believe they sorted it the same day and for a very good price too. This is the best garage I’ve ever been to. MOT for the second year. First found them on a visit to Bournemouth. The car had run out of oil, they filled it, and checked the car over for any other problems. So pleasant and helpful, prices reasonable, now I drive down from London every year for my MOT knowing it will be done properly.

Have been using west way motors for a number of years now. Excellent service and staff. Always been very helpful. Would highly recommend.
