Craig answered an emergency call when we discovered the Central Heating was not working.He dealt with the initial visit in an impressive and professional manner.He diagnosed the problem and arranged to travel a fair distance the next day to complete the repair.with the parts he acquired.From his arrival the first day through to completion of the work I was impressed with the technical competence,the calm assurance,the attention to detail and the professional approach.
