The Fashion School
I've had the opportunity to see the Fashion School grow from humble beginnings. Both my kids have enjoyed lessons. My youngest LOVES it! The fantastic new premises is well located in the Laines and Caroline's team are awesome. The school is geared for young creatives to potentially launch into the industry prepared, but minimally you will have a very independent creator of clothes on your hands!

My 7 year old daughter loves The Fashion School. She has been coming here for over a year and has learned so much. She has made shorts, a skirt, a dress, a bag, a bomber jacket and they are all amazing. The teachers are wonderful and Caroline is so inspiring. My daughter can't wait to do the onesie workshop this Christmas holiday. Thank you to the Fashion School for providing such a fabulous instructive and creative outlet for my little girl.

My 13 year old daughter Maia has been coming to Fashion School for 4 years. She's learned a diverse range of skills, has designed skirts, tops, outfits and a magnificent vintage style dress for my birthday! Caroline and the team do an incredible job of inspiring the children, letting their creativity flourish and teaching them the practical skills they need for a career in the fashion industry. I love the fact that sustainability and upcycling is also encouraged - important in a world where we need to share precious resources!

Such great classes! I had become exhausted by the number of different after school classes my 10 year had tried and given up on. However, she's now been with the Fashion School for 18 months and not only enjoys it but her creative confidence and skills have grown. Not least because of the passion, enthusiasm and dedication with which the school is run and the classes taught. What stands out to me is how Lily is both nurtured and stretched. She is not told what to make but expected to choose, design and make her own creations.

The Fashion School has opened up a whole new world for Quincy. Quincy is not only learning the skill of sewing but is being exposed to all the exciting elements of the Fashion Industry. Caroline and her team are very supportive and encouraging. Quincy loves it!

My daughter has been attending The Fashion School, on and off for the last 3-4 years and it has given her lots of confidence. The classes are inspiring and my daughter has made a dress, a onesie, a skirt and is about to finish a complicated shirt. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

The Fashion school is an inspiring and really enjoyable environment. My daughter's confidence in sewing and designing has grown immensely. Caroline and her team are warm, supportive and very knowledgable. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has an interest in fashion and creativity.

My daughter loves coming here each week. Fun, enthusiastic teachers that are really positive and encourage the children to give their ideas a go. My daughter has produced lots of lovely clothes and even modelled them on the catwalk in the fashion show. The mother and daughter workshops are great fun too. Highly recommended!
