Kind, quick and efficient....

I can't thank Ashley and Amber for their help both with my mums cremation but for the memorial service and scattering. The service is second to none, excellent can't fault them big thanks from Julie and family

In such a difficult time and situation losing my my mum unexpectedly, Amber and the rest of the staff looked after us all and made us feel welcome. Amber talked us through the funeral plans efficiently whilst also being really friendly and compassionate to us. She looked after my mum with so much care and love, it was something I’d have never expected. She listened about my mums life and even left little touches that was very kind of her, such as a nice plaque on the coffin and a lovely teddy with love from our previous dog, her baby Tagg. I highly recommend the COOP funeral care, you will be in good hands in such a horrible and difficult time. Thanks Amber and the rest of the team for everything, it made our lives easier!
