Why oh Why is this day and age do you keep insisting on taking my parcels back 7 miles to Clydach... knock a neighbours door like every other delivery service in the world.Also, what's the point in having a phone if you don't know how to pick it up?!

why dont you just leave my parcel in neighbour or in my back garden. You take it all the way back to local office , the opening time is ridiculous, open at 8 am shut at 2 pm . i work all day . absolutely ridiculous. i would give you half star if i could .
