A shrine for world's finest piano maker and all aspiring piano players. Having fondest memories from practising and playing debut recital there some years ago. Sales team is a delight, and must specially endorse Maura for her always kind and helpful support towards artists and customers.

Keith and all the team made our visit so perfect, something we will never ever forget. If you love pianos don't be afraid to step in and talk to these guys, even if buying a Steinway is only a dream for you like it is us. They gave is wonderful advice, even telling us what Universities use Steinways, so that if you study their you'll have access to one no matter what degree you choose. They allowed my two eldest children to practice on the pianos. Dream come true.

Best pianos in the world, so friendly, I am 13 at the time of writing, and they let me play on the Model D piano. They also offer practice rooms at £15/hour, with a Steinway grand in each!

Was lucky to be able to spend about half an hour playing on an exquisite concert grand piano. I'd brought music to play but visitors aren't permitted to put anything on the piano so I had to just play from the heart. Every sound from the instrument was glorious so I was in slightly nervous heaven. Like test driving a sports car on a disused airfield.

I come here often for rehearsal. As expected, the pianos are top quality. It is a great experience to go to the studios through the workshop. Staff is very kind.

We’ve had a wonderful visit to the Steinway Hall. Out kids enjoyed seeing all the different Steinway pianos, chatting with the staff, and even being able to play on some of the instruments. Will be going back for sure!
