Food was excellent. Pub was a bit quiet perhaps laking ambience. Review should be a 4.5*.Customer service very good too.Dog friendly outside(not sure if allowed in?!)

What a lovely welcome as we walked in. We were served immediately and the food was delivered promptly. We chose cauliflower cheese soup which was hot with fresh bread. Highly recommended!Will definitely visit again. A big thank you to Noah who looked after us today.

This pub is a jem the staff are well trained, polite, and the bar itself is absolutely wonderful made of oak tree. I took 3 friends for dinner last night.and as you will see from the pictures.it was spot on. The restaurant is a fair size and looks out to a large beer garden.This pub is also dog friendly. A special thank you to Ben our waiter he was very attentive and always on hand he has great customer service skills.A big thank you to all the staff in the kitchen . We will return when in the area.

Visited for the first time on Wednesday, and it was delightful. Went with a few friends and was a lovely night. Restaurant was nice and modern yet dated, in a good way.6 was lush. I opted for the venison dish, which was really nice, but I wish it had a bit more to it, quite a small portion. Other people had other things, and they were big portions.Had a chocolate brownie and an espresso martini for desert and was perfect.Relatively pricey, but was well worth it. Staff were friendly and just generally a good atmosphere.
