Morrisons Cafe
I used to love to come to Morrison cafe, I there were much variety and high quality. Now that I coming, the quality has been losing the taste of the hot chocolate is not it used to and they don't sell gluten free sandwiches as used to.The service is amazing but the food quality and the varieties as been decreasing since the pandemic. Maybe they can't afford the same food as before, I am not sure. However, the staffs are amazing and the hygiene too.

Went in this morning,at the counter there was no large paper cups available and none in stock so no large cokacola,waited 5 mins before l was served,as no one behind the till,spent £13 + on 2 large breakfasts and drinks,when my order came,l was 2 slices of bread short,no butter,cuttelry was stained,well l could go on and on.

The meal was hot and tasty and staff very friendly when my meal was brought she checked how long I had waited which I thought was a really lovely gesture.

Just came with my wife and son for a Christmas dinner and I am very disappointed. Soft veg, rock hard roast potatoes, two fork fulls of Turkey and they forget the pigs in blankets. The pot of tea is nice.

I was served by Shelly who was a lovely helpful lady, and who went above and beyond to help us. We got 4 breakfast brunches that we're delicious at a very reasonable price.

West Denton store, sorry, bigggg let down.Morrisons usually have a decent meal but yesterday's was most disappointing.Chips looked as if they had been lying all day, missus nearly ended with her stomach contents on the floor when she inadvertantly, almost managed, to try to digest a part of a rotten potato that had been left in the chip.I'll stick to the Killingworth cafe if we want to eat.NOT impressed.

We come for breakfast which we enjoy it's not expensive and staff are really friendly. It's really nice just to have a good coffee and a chat after shopping.
