I usually come here and it isn't too bad, just a bit of a que and sometimes busy.Today I tried to exchange an item. It wasn't possible, which was fine. But the cashier got 3 other staff members involved. I felt really embarrassed because they weren't rude but definitely none of them were nice either, e.g. none of them were listening to me. I really didn't like that she called them over and one woman yelled over to me that I couldn't exchange it, while she was dealing with another customer. I didn't even want to buy the replacement after, which was my backup plan.Woman in the changing rooms is lovely though. She's blonde with a fringe.

I usually do all of my shopping at Primark. It has gone a bit expensive over the past couple of years but it is still a great place to shop. Earlier this summer, they have finally kind of fixed the changing room situation as they have a womens section and all other genders (?) which is stupid as it should be a strict men and women changing room section as there are only 2 genders. They have a good amount of mens clothes but it is primarily women's clothing. They also keep moving the kids and mens section which is kind of annoying but other than that, great store. The staff are really polite and they answer your questions and they have even made the changing room curtains EXTRA secure when closed which is weird to see. The mirrors on either side of the stall still reflects for eternity lol and they don't mind you coming in to browse as they do sometimes have products instore that is not on the website. The changing room policy and prices being hiked up is the company as a whole and not this branch.Overall its pretty good but I just wish it wasn't in Crompton place. I wish they have finished moving to where Debenhams used to be because it is really eerie walking through the hallway full of businesses that have all shut down (even blue inc shut down and relocated to the shopping centre) and the 9am - 5pm normal timing from monday to saturday is a bit of a problem since it gets busy at 10am and I want to go in at 8am or 7am where it is less busy or at 6 or 7pm in the summer when the sunset is very late. Other than this whole issue, it is a solid 4 stars

So small and doesn't offer a lot, but its always packed and there's usually only 3 tills open at once so the queue time is ages. I spend more time in the queue than actually getting things from around the shop. It is modern and nice but the other side of it (on the outside) looks so run down and looks awful, it needs a clean

Still going strong in a virtually abandoned shopping centre in Bolton town centre. Full marks to Primark for still being here and for committing to opening a new store in a new Bolton location in the coming years. The store has used its space wisely on just one floor to stock a good range of Primark clothing. However, nearing the end of October 23 the queues in store were ridiculously long and only four checkouts were in operation. There were two managers looking at the queue and flicking through some staff paperwork and chatting. I know they need to do this, but why do it from behind some of the unused tills? Please find somewhere else to look officious that isn’t a sitting target for people in the snaking line of customers waiting to pay!

Primark, has certainly got better style and quality of clothes since they first opened. That was echoed by mile long queue to pay for your goods. I recommend if your going to the one in Bolton to go first thing in the morning. The only problem I have is the ceilings are low. I get clostrophobic in the shop. But other than that you can get some nice fashion and essentials from there. Shop till you drop...

Primark is a very good shop to find clothes and is so staff friendly. But there are huge lines, especially on bank holidays which are very tough if you were in a hurry. It isn't that busy on normal days, which is good. There are very nice clothes and there are sales that go on like every week or so which is nice.
