Great service from these guys , Crawford one of the nicest fellows u could need, took my ignition switch to him from my sons car , he drove from his carryduff to lisburn on the worse day of the week today, Saturday, pissing with rain , gale blowing, came fitted the ignition switch, tested everything was working, put the dash, centre console all back together without being asked, easy to pay , true gentleman, would recommend these guys to anyone with a merc

WOMEN BEWARE - Predatory Mechanic!Car needed a straight forward service before MOT and I was quoted £200 but could go towards £300 as it needed glow plugs.Left the car in and picked it up a few hours later and was given a bill of £609!!! - for the same work quoted. And mechanic didn’t fix an error appearing on the dash… told me that I need to go to an ACTUAL Mercedes garage to get that fixed.Keep your money if you don’t want to pay triple the standard cost and beware of garages like this!!Evidence in image attached.

Driving Mercedes-Benz a long time and been using Auto Mercedes-Benz for myself and my son in law and the grandchildren also use auto merc. Outstanding prices and service with a smile . Never had one bad experience. In fact one rainy night my window wiper worked loose and he left his house came and fixed it at the side of the road for free. My Grandaughter wouldn't go any were else. His prices compared to other merc specialists is second to none.

This is the first time I have used this garage and it will not be the last, the owner Crawford was very knowledgeable and knew the problems I was having with my wife's Mercedes. Replacement parts were fitted at a reasonable price and on the time scale promised

Crawford and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and approachable about all things Mercedes. Work is carried out to a very high standard with genuine parts at a fraction of main dealer prices, and wait times for bookings are pretty decent too. Would highly recommend Auto-Merc services.
