Been a member for six months now. Had never been to a gym before. Owner, staff and other users are very friendly and helpful. I now go 5 days a week. Easy parking and reasonable membership prices. Would recommend.

Trained at Tedd’s gym for about a year. It has everything you could need. Awesome equipment, all the cardio machines and a yoga room. Highly recommend if you’re in the Deeping area.

Clean Gym! Super Reasonable Prices.Great Staff and Equipment. Provides towels and spray to wipe kit down. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, staff always happy to help. Able to buy drinks, shakes, powders etc behind counter.No Shower facilities, but bathroom is clean and well maintained with plenty of floor space if you need to change at the gym so it works well.

Just joined here and have to say for the membership price (discounted for Fire Service) it's absolutely fantastic. Big area with loads of quality machines and free weights. Also a great system of keeping equipment Covid Safe" if that's your thing! Look forward to training here in future"

Best gym I have been to! Just a shame they haven't franchised it across the country, would love one in Notts! More weights and benches than you could shake a stick at, never waiting for people sat on their phones. Great gym!
