It was an Amazing experience registering my company with Crunch.Olivia helped me every time I got stuck and helped me with same politeness.I would really recommend anyone looking for a company registration or other related stuff.Thank you once again.

Crunch Accounting is an amazing tool for business and the team are even more amazing. I want to say a big thank you to Olivia Foley, for her recent support, she really went above and beyond to help me, nothing was too much trouble for her. She really is a credit to the company.

Crunch lost my emails to them (or denied receiving them). It came across as bit dishonest tbh, as it’s easily proven that the email and others were sent (also ignored, although they admit receiving one). When provided with evidence it was shrugged off by Crunch.Worse though is Crunch are now refusing to submit accounts despite having been paid the full 12 months subscription, claiming money was owed even though I'd given them email notices as per the terms and have evidence to prove it.This was after being with them for 5 years. There were other issues with communication, I’d asked about advice on tax rebate for R&D, which they ignored and didn’t get back to me on and i had to pay to have another accountant process for me.

Overall it's a good system to send invoices and track expenses but if this is the only thing you're after then I'd personally go with quickbooks / xero as they are more refined and user friendly.The system does go down for maintenance the odd time. It's also not fully refined yet and I've had issues with incorrect figures on my self assessment a couple times. I've had functionality missing even though the support and chat bot have sent me to broken 404 pages, As a web designer I have noticed small issues with consistency in terms of adding an invoice, adding clients, adding an expense. Each section has an add button in a different place. For invoices there is no total summary for the amount you have received - instead you have to export to a spreadsheet and calculate it. Their phone number and methods to contact support have been broken for a few months without being fixed.I have spoken directly / had a zoom call with some of their Dev team for feature requests & highlighting broken parts. I was promised some of the features I mentioned were being released in the next month... It's been over a year and nothing has changed.Personally speaking, the accountants aren't as much help as a local, personal accountant and advise seems limited with the only interest in getting your self assessment completed & sent. They work too far in the boundary of legalities rather than advising how to milk the system without crossing the line e.g. Getting the most out of your expenses, limited company advise etc. - I'm still having to use an accountant outside of Crunch but hope for change as Crunch does sound promising.

I can't thank Crunch enough for their exceptional support throughout the past six years. From incorporating my limited company to guiding me in its day-to-day operations, their expertise and dedication have been invaluable. Highly recommended!

I've had a pretty bad experience with Crunch and has actually resulted in a rather unpleasant tax situation. I have actually been a customer for years. The trouble is that you don't genuinely get a true accountant looking after your accounts, and you won't receive proper senior accountant advice should a circumstance arise. The lack of senior accountant representation here has really impacted me.

I always find your team at Crunch very helpful and happy to spend as long as it takes to get things done. Sam was great today and went the extra mile I thought. Really helpful and understanding in getting things straight in my company accounts and giving me tips and help in using the software. A Crunch superstar!My thanks to the Crunch team.

I've recently transitioned my career from full time employment to freelance gig work as a Limited Company and Crunch have been so helpful in making that transition as painless and stress free as possible as I've entered a whole new world of accounting I've not had to do previously. My account rep, Mas, has been so easy to work with, very personable, and I've never felt like any of my questions are stupid. I would recommend Crunch to any small business or freelancer who is looking for affordable help with getting things set up or managing your accounting.

I've always been impressed with email responsiveness but Andrea on the phone today was first class. Solved my headache on the first call (I had made an error, though I was initially convinced I hadn't!). Endlessly patient. And then proactively pointed-out a few other areas of my accounts that needed attention and walked me though various changes, explaining what was needed and why. Stayed beyond opening hours to help me complete everything. Couldn't be more impressed.
