Darren, We cannot thank you and the team enough for the way our garden has turned out. Its absolutely amazing. You may remember that our own ideas were patchy at best but you managed to bring them out to a level way beyond our imagination let alone expectations. Frankly we were a little nervous given the large scale o f the landscape project but the stone paving you and the team created is beautiful and when seen against the artificial grass is stunning. You also assured me the dogs would love it as well as being easy to maintain which it has been as no effort at all and as you can see you have the fur babies seal of approval :). Darren and his team did an absolutely fantastic job for us. His team managed to transform a very difficult sloping garden, which was pretty unusable, into a double tiered patio area. Right from the beginning Darren was there with his expertise and input which we appreciated and gave the go ahead for his gardening team to do the work as per his recommendations. We now have two large patios linked by steps which we can now use all the time. Half way through the job we decided that the garden would benefit from a new fence too and so Darren arranged this for us....ordered the materials and got his team on board...and still managed to finish all the work within the original timescale. I would have no hesitation in recommending Instant Impact Gardens to anyone wanting a quality bespoke garden design. I wish him and his team continued success.

Thank you very much for the recent work you did on our garden. Having moved into a new house the back garden was just a mud pit, you gave us good advice regarding how much we had to build up the garden to level it out, and then your team worked tirelessly to complete the job in a few days. I’ve been using Instant Impact Gardens for about a year and a half. I have a regular maintenance visit and a big tidy up in the autumn and in the spring. It is so good not having to do the boring grass cutting, weeding and trimming all those bushes. I love that their guys turn up, get on with the job with no fuss then off they go. This was the first summer of constant care, the garden looks immaculate and all I have to do is sit in it and enjoy it.

Instant Impact Gardens have been doing my ongoing garden maintenance for the last couple of years. So, when I needed my mum's garden tidied up for selling her house, Darren was my first choice. Kenny and Danny spent a full day weeding, cutting the grass, cutting and shaping bushes, making new edges and putting bark down on the beds. They did a great job and what a difference they made. The garden is a real selling point for the house.

Dear Darren,It’s fair to say that I enjoy having a nice garden but struggle to find the time to maintain and give it the attention it requires and deserves.After discussing my situation, you went out of your way to provide a detailed description of what you thought the garden required and even provided pictures of the type of gravel you recommended using.Your team turned up on the agreed date/ time and really transformed the look of our garden. They left the place immaculate, taking all garden waste with them. The comments from family, neighbours and friends has been very complimentary.I was extremely impressed with the professionalism shown by yourself and team members from start to finish and would have no hesitation in recommending you to family, friends or clients.

I cannot recommend Instant Impact Gardens highly enough! I wanted something done with my garden, but I didn't have a clue... one call to Darren at his company and it solved my problem! The ideas that he came up with that I hadn't even thought about really impressed me, as I have a relatively small space and wanted to make good use of it, so the design fitted brilliantly. Darren and his team are fantastic to deal with - pleasant, courteous and hardworking, nothing was too much trouble.

We moved into our new home on the 3rd August 2018. Rather than have the builder turf the large back garden we set about looking for a good landscape gardener. After much searching and receiving a number of quotes we opted for Darren and his team at Instant Impact Gardens. This decision has turned out to be the best we could have made. After 2.5 weeks of extremely hard work by John and Danny transformed our garden from a field of mud into an attractive place to use and entertain.and a safe and fun place for our grandchildren to play. I recommend Darren and his team to anyone who wants to make a real difference to their garden.

There are no words I can use to explain how disappointed I am with both the service and the end result of our “landscaping” job from Instant Impact Gardens.The communication from the business owner was absolutely appalling from start to finish.We had a quote in March 2018 where I asked for a price for the lower area of our garden to be paved and some bushes tidied up.It took a further 3 requests and 5 months before I received a written quote and to my detriment, I did not measure the area written in this quote as I assumed it was accurate for the space he had measured on visiting our property and he was providing what I had asked for (the fact I have the written quote and didn’t measure myself is the only reason I haven’t taken this to Trading Standards).Fast forward to the job getting done (a week late and without explanation until I had chased for one), the team arrived and my mother was at our property to meet with them as I had to be at work. They were friendly and did a great job in the first few hours. They asked what we wanted done with the hedge and my mum said we were planning to have them removed anyway, the guys said they would just cut them right back which they kindly did.The next day, a large bag of stones arrived, to my confusion as I had specifically said I didn’t want stones (we have two dogs) however the quote did mention a “quartz gravel border” so I assumed this was to keep the edges of the paving tidy. I was sadly wrong.I contacted them to query this and amongst other things, was told by the owner that it would have cost more if he had quoted us for the full area being paved! I was confused, why would you not quote for the job we asked for? He also used this opportunity to complain about the extra work" that had been done with the bushes and also a tip run with more than they had anticipated - but as a gesture of good will he wouldn't charge me for this... Surely his bad communication with his own staff around their limitations?The job is nothing like what we had asked for and is in fact an ugly 3x3M squared paved area with a messy
