After getting a quote for £250 we contacted walker security after I locked myself out. He was at my house within 10 minutes, I was in within 2 minutes. He was honestly a lovely man. I highly recommend to anyone. Genuinely caring.

I would highly recommend John. Called him out for a faulty lock which had to be replaced. The repairs were carried out to a high standard. I will definitely use him again.

John changed my friend's lock for me as she was in hospital, and he also showed me how to change the key safe code. He arrived very promptly and the job was done so quickly that I couldn't believe my eyes. There were no hidden charges, unlike most, he gives you a quote inclusive of VAT and that is what you pay. All in all, a very nice, polite person who is honest, straight forward and extremely fair with his prices. I recommend him very highly.

A brilliant job done replacing my back door lock. After returning from holiday I discovered that the back door lock had seized and I couldn't undo the back door. I contacted Walker security services and the gentleman came the same day and spent a considerable amount of time disengaging the lock, fitting a new lock and sanding down the door to ensure it fitted perfectly. We’ve had to use John twice now and he’s is my first choice both time. My wife was locked in the house after the mechanism failing on the door. John came round within the hour and not only got the door working again he Managed to save us money by fixing the parts rather than telling is we needed new bit.
