IMO Car Wash
This car wash makes no sense…First of all I doubt the legality of those young boys working there.Second, the car always comes out not cleaned properly.When you pay the extra you get told that someone will dry it and clean the doors properly…then these young boys come…they have absolutely no clue what are they doing, using the same wet cloth with wax on windows leaving marks al around.

IMO Car Wash
2 days in a row the car wash has been out of order, when I phone no one could be bothered to answer. I bought a pre paid voucher which I cannot use, and when I spoke to the attendant he had no idea when it would be open and not particularly bothered that I’ve already paid and cannot use my car wash voucher!

Customer service excellent. My monthly car wash thorough right down to wheel trims; part manual, part car wash machine. Courteous and extremely hard working staff. Never long wait times. Valeting as Extra and facilities have pay as you go car vacuum.

Good experience. Received a year's worth of car washes when renewing an insurance policy so was a bit wary using them. They spent considerable time cleaning under the wheel arches, which were really caked in mud from the daily winter trips to the stables. Have no hesitation using them for cleaning the cars from now on.

Not the best, not so good customer service experience, the advertised price was £2.99 but no more car Washford 2.99. It's now £3.50: And not even when you paid £8:50 for car wash, it's still not clean, the body, the windows and windscreen are dirty. Please don't wait your time.

Car wash was a okay experience. Customer service not so great. Staff was very impatient and rude as he wanted me to hurry up to load my voucher as he wanted to do something else.

It's second time when I went therewas asked to pay £2/- on one occasion and £6/- on second occasion - reduced to £2/- (as ongoing offer according to rude staff member), on top of what ultra HD wash is (£13/-). When asked where the price list is mentioning these extra charges, he said OK I will charge £13/- only this time. And again car came out of wash not dried properly.Had been to dartford branch with my other car, every thing was good and no extra charges demanded.When asked to scan app, the rude staff said he don't know how to do that. Not recommended as poor service with extra charge

IMO Car Wash
Good car wash, I usually do the triple wax program and at the end of it car looks shiny new for a few days. At the first rain you can see how the water is running down the car due to the wax that was applied. Only downside is that the automatic car wash will miss some spots and the drying cycle, at the end, is not perfect either.

IMO Car Wash
Useless Ultra HD wash. Waste of money. This was the third time in 1 month I used them and still my car has these wax droplets after each wash. Never using them ever again. The manager is a useless tired man with no sympathy and respect for customer vehicles.
