Suitcase Dry Cleaners

Fabulous!!

Avoid at all costs. Sent our wedding dress in for a clean but had it returned with clear iron burn holes in it in numerous places. We have been asked for a million and one things from the invoice to a report from our bridal shop which we have provided but still getting nowhere. Now after 6 months they want to send the dress off for testing which is unacceptable. Apparently it isn't there fault if there is something on the dress????? So just to note if this dry cleaner has to clean anything off a £1250 dress then that isn't there problem. Surely this is the job of a DRY CLEANER to remove things from the dress. Absolute Joke and we will be taking advice on the matter. Appalling service and appalling attitude from Beverley the owner.
