I was tasked with booking a trip to Biddulph Grange gardens at fairly short notice for a small gardening group. Looking for a 16 seat bus online I came across Transporter Services. I typed in my details and the next day I got a call from Nazir who couldn't have been more helpful. We went through our needs and the options available and very soon I was into the process of booking a bus for the day. It isn't always easy being the middleman for a group and just as we had got things settled they changed the date. Nazir again couldn't have been more helpful. The only difficulty I had was paying online with a system which my bank didn't recognise however with patient help from Nazir I eventually managed it by changing my payment method. Nazir was helpful, understood our needs and got us a deal at an excellent price for which I am very grateful

Brilliant service, the coach we initially booked was no longer in use. This coach company provided us with an exec coach and notified us of the changes well within the time. We took the coach for a wedding and have to admit they the coach drivers were outstanding. I would definitely book again and recommend. Great service!
