Sunset Nails & Spa Leith Walk

First time getting my nails done and I was really impressed! Such gorgeous colours are offered and the design I got was absolutely flawless. Anna was so sweet and kind and made me feel very at ease which was nice as I was quite nervous as it was my first time! She offered great advice and was very gentle. Thank you, Anna, for such a lovely service :)

Unfortunately the customer service in this place is quite shocking. I came to get my Shellac removal and was left soaking up my nails in hot acetone! After that another person came to remove the leftover polish from my nails and was very harsh with them. When I said that it hurt he neverminded and did it again! After that he really quickly filed my nails as if he was dealing with just another object in a factory. I've never had such a bad customer service before. I wanted to be cheap and I guess the price reflected the whole service. So I own that but didn't expect it to be that bad. Won't be back for sure.

Very nice place to go!They had available appointments, clean, fast and friendly personnel…My daughter really enjoy her pedi and the massage chair and her nail extensions look amazing!!!Really recommend this place!!

Came by to get my nails off and re done. The staff started to say yes to lots of people which meant I was left for long periods of time with no one working on my nails. Eventually my acrylic was put on and done in the wrong shape. I mentioned this and I was made to feel like it was my fault. The whole experience was painful resulting in many cuts and my fingers bleeding onto the staff members gloves. He continuously went over these cuts knowing it was bleeding and I’d asked them to stop.I left with many cuts and nails missing top coats after 2hours and 30 mins. I regretfully paid full price however I will never return to this salon.

Go there all the time. Staff has always been polite and efficient.

This place left my nails half don't and still made me pay full price as I had no time 2 have them taken off used 2 be gd place but its gone down hill I showed a picture and they don't what they wanted not me there a joke nails not finished not even cut but still had 2 pay full price. Ment2 be white with silver had 2 cut myself they did no prep

Absolutely a waste of money. I went for a simple clean up mani padi and didn’t want colour my nails. What they did I could have done it better job at home. Not coming back
