I saw some sofas advertised on their eBay selling site and contacted directly as I needed two x four seaters. I ordered in June and paid upfront, being promised delivery in around 4 weeks. 4 weeks came and went, some messages were ignored but eventually in August I received sofas - the wrong ones ! These were collected a couple of weeks later and I received one of the sofas I had ordered but a 3 seater instead of the four; I was promised that they were due to get them in stock at any time but again messages were left unanswered, I was fobbed off with deaths in the company, being in hospital and on holiday (twice). A couple of weeks ago, Jonathan Camilleri (Director) said his suppliers had let him down and he could not get the sofas. Bearing in mind, I ordered these in June and it was now end of October, I asked if he could refund my money so I could order elsewhere; ignored again, collected the sofa then lied that he had refunded me - was done much later when I checked. Save yourself from this and avoid. Interestingly the three seater I had for over a month is now being advertised as 'new, packaging removed to take photos', dishonest again...

Absolutely shocking customer service and the product I received was not as described. How this business continues to operate I do not know. The seller contacted me after I missed out on an item listed as a new Habitat Bureau on eBay, I should have smelled a rat at that stage. It was £250 which I transferred via PayPal. I waited a month for delivery after sending several chasing messages and poor communication back, I eventually received the item and it was not new as described, the assembly instructions didn't match the item I received. I now believe it was a faulty/returned item sold on as it was delivered partially constructed. There was a large break on the corner of the bureau which I attempted to glue (I'd already waited a month for the desk and as I was returning from maternity leave was desperate for my home office to enable me to work from home), then after only one or two weeks I discovered the spring close drawers wouldn't work and were slanted and there were bits of trim missing from the desk and scuff marks. I contacted Paul Anthony to try and resolve the issues only to be refused help but offered discount on a further purchase!! Unbelievable. I have won my case at PayPal, but for some reason Paul Anthony are refusing to pay for the cost of returning the furniture which they are obligated to do under consumer law. I have not given up hope yet and intend to report to Trading Standards. Avoid this firm at all costs!!

Fantastic. Saw a scs sofa on their eBay shop. Drove to their warehouse to view as I knew sofa was probably ex display scs and wanted to check it over. It was brand new and We paid one 3rd of the scs price and delivery was 6 days later (today 31st Jan 2018)To all moaning about delivery if you buy a new sofa from scs/dfs you wait 8 weeks as it needs to be shipped from China.Scs/dfs say 0% finance but the finance costs are hidden in price.We waited 6 days as they need to fill their van in area order to deliver. The driver even set up sofa in lounge and moved our older one into spare lounge.I'd recommend this company to my friends and family. Yes it's a discount warehouse full of all sorts of furniture and prices are reflected in that. They are not paying prime rent for shiny glass building on a modern retail park.Happy buyer. John.

Bought a sofa from here, was very very poor customer service, left us without the adapter for the recliner, phone call after phone call kept being fobbed off. Sofas did. It even last long. Must be some very cheaply made rubbish.Just remember, Buy it cheap Buy it twice!!!!Trust me. Stay away from this place.Avoid the fake “five star” reviews, this place is a shambles.Extremely disappointed.

Bought a sofa bed from here last year, advertised as an authentic, NEW, West Elm piece . It was delivered and we found it had a big rip underneath and there was a mark on one of the sofa cushions - clearly not a new sofa.We called and messaged for months and were always told the same thing Tony will get back to you" - he never did. We eventually gave up because we were getting absolutely nowhere."

Owner of this place its the biggest scammer in history of Salford.How he can sleep at night with all bad he has done to all customers I don't know.Thieving basT*@D

Having initially been happy with the £2,000 sofa set we purchased - One of the sofas quickly began to show signs of wear on the leather.Tony and Lee, after much persuading, decided to change it for me - This took over 6 months.......... In which time, we were without a sofa for 2 months. When we had the sofa returned, it was the EXACT same one, with the same markings..........Another 2 months later, they finally delivered a new sofa...... This has began to show horrible signs on the leather already (after a few months).We've asked local leather experts, and they do not believe the sofas to be genuine Lazy Boy sofas, and Tony has now washed his hands of the incident by claiming it's out of warranty" - Despite only having this new sofa for a matter of months.I guess you get what you pay for

Can't ask for more. Quick and friendly service, low prices and but good quality too. Everything is really easy. The bed we ordered came within 5 mins of the delivery time.Perfect.

There is some really nice quality furniture here... Same as the major furniture stores advertised on TV but at a greatly reduced price. Wish I'd come here first in hindsight.
