Hi today I have just had 2 carpets fitted by Craig and Mike who performed an excellent job. The carpet fitting is outstanding and those 2 lads are excellent at their job. I had an excellent service from Colin Bickley's I bought really good quality carpets and my old ones were cut up and took away they helped moving my furniture and the fitters did an excellent job laying them.I would highly recommend using them they're so helpful the service you get is outstanding

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, I don’t know why people recommend them. I moved into my flat nearly 20 years ago and visited Bickley’s to get someone to measure my floor and give me a quote. I waited weeks for a guy to measure up and then I heard nothing, ever again. Tried chasing them up but had no joy, nothing. Still waiting, nearly 20 years later. Avoid because they can’t be arsed.Not worth 1 star rating but google insist you have to leave at least 1 star, but really it’s no stars from me.

We ordered a bedroom carpet on Monday, it arrived 3 days later. Lovely quality, competitively priced. Neil who owns the shop is very gentlemanly and his nephew and Neil the fitter arrived on time, were polite and did a good job.Thank you Neil!
