Can't fault the service here - welcomed with a smile, a clean and good quality car was ready and waiting, very happy.

I've rented twice from this branch, and had no problems. The cars were in decent condition. Helpful, polite staff. The transaction is straightforward.It's not the cheapest agency, but more importantly I've never had any bad experiences of staff trying to claim money for non-existent damages, as you hear about from other places. So more transparent, and worth it.

My recent experience with Enterprise Hove was appalling.When booking a large van for a trip to Hove Recycling Centre, I spoke to a member of staff who assured me the vehicle type I booked would be fine to use and advised a number of customers have done the same recently. This instilled confidence in the booking and in the company.Upon arriving at Hove Recycling Centre I was turned away as the vehicle was too big to enter the site.I spoke to a member of staff at Enterprise and advised them of the situation. They were unable to offer me another vehicle at the time, and they advised they would be unable to offer any type of refund.After explaining what had happened on the original call when booking the vehicle, I was still advised no refund would be offered, however, as I am also an Enterprise Car Club customer, credit will be added to my account as a gesture of goodwill.This resolution was offered to me 4 weeks ago and I still haven't received the driving credit on my Car Club account.During the last 4 weeks, I have called Enterprise to chase this and I have been presented with various different excuses ranging from I forgot" to "the complaint handler has been off self-isolating".It also took me calling constantly to have something in writing to confirm the resolution as my confidence in the company was quickly diminishing at this point.When I called recently

Insurance company organised for me to pick up a car from Enterprise. The car was ready very soon after the incident. The car was very clean. Although I didn't drive it too much, the experience was very good indeed. Nadia booked me out with all of the relevant information I needed. We done a once over on the car, and Christine booked the car back in from me. Very good team. Thank you!

I was given a Peugeot 308. A terrific little car. The members of staff were all very helpful.

Very bad experience. Go to any other rental agency except this one.On return, depsite informing them on taking the car that the tire warning light and service lights were on, they advised that one tire was 'damaged' and a full tire needed to be replaced when I returned the car.To make matters even better, weeks later they advised me they found that a second tire was also damaged and they had already deducted the amount from my CC without any authorisation.Called up to ask for any justification and they of course promised to get back but never did.Advise anybody to use any other rental agency.

We recently hired a mini-van at Enterprise and when we arrived they have upgraded it for a bigger van. Well... we are not used to drive in the left side of the road so... not so happy for the upgrade but... here comes James who is a wonderful professional and changes our reservation for a small car that was simply perfect. We had a great time and all due to the kindness and help of James to whom we are really grateful for everything. He was always willing to answer all our questions... send us by email an invoice for our company... A great professional and very friendly who made all the process very easy. We will not hesitate to recommend this Enterprise office.
