Been using this shop for years. Guys are top drawer, really helpful and friendly. I've moved miles away but still drive the distance. This is the only vape shop for me. Highly recommended them.

I smashed the glass on my tank today and popped into the Anniesland branch and was greeted by Owen who was amazing, he not only got me sorted right away with new glass but he went over and above by washing all the glass away and making sure that my vape was safe for me to use. He was very friendly, helpful and informative too. Thank you Owen, you're a star.

Great experience all round. Been using this store for a good while and all the team are really knowledgable. James has been a big help with problem solving with new mods or making suggestions. Customer service on point. Give that man a raise. The new SMOK mod was ideal after having more fragile options before.
