Boots

After a real battle with an online order, I went into the Exebridge store to ask for help. Michaela was really helpful and understanding and sorted the problem out. One happy customer! Thank you.

Very good shop with lots of choice. However, Natalya on the till was very ignorant and completely ignored me whilst serving me and continued talking to her colleague on the next till about a previous customer. It was as though I was not there, even though I called her several times. Very rude. She needs to learn some manners and re-train in customer service skills. Not the usual standard of staff for Boots.

The lady at cashier till was very friendly and helpful, she is lovely, providing very pleasant service a few minutes before closing, however, the one behind the pharmacy till was HORRIBLE, she had no idea of what they sell and was not ready to help at all, it was 7 minutes before 8pm and she was so eager to stop the service, she had no patience, refused to help and asked us to check out at once, come back tomorrow for a first aid product which we need urgently!! Boots, why not get rid of this kind of staff, she gets paid but does not work well, really putting your customers off.

I walked into the store to buy an over the counter medication today. I don't think I have ever had a service this amazing before! A pharmacist named Rachel served me. She was extremely empathetic and patient to listen to all my queries and answer them in a polite but friendly manner. Extremely knowledgeable and kind hearted lady who went out of her way to understand my condition and provide me with the best possible advice. Moreover, she made me feel the best I have felt in recent times. This lady is an asset to the store. Hope she gets a raise!

/Pharmacy staff work hard to keep standards high, and so do the retail staff, and they open late, they all say hi, they are proper local here and that really matters. My family are always greeted by staff and they talk to my little boy, it's an example to other places in retail this one.../ it's busy here too, respect to those at work - they may be there till midnight working hard. (any reviews that disrespect this place have no idea) Excellent... 2021 update, covid safe and sensible, staff still working under pressure and still keep the appropriate service to even the most 'pc' and difficult persons. This place is a surprising gem in the middle of a retail park that looks like every other. Well done all, 15 yrs of outstanding service I have witnessed. 2022, slight refit same awesome service.>

Very helpful staff. Much prefer this branch to the main one in High Street

Pharmacist refused to dispense my prescription, I asked why she wouldn't since I required the medication urgently and received my prescription from an emergency doctor who directed me to take it ASAP. She replied that she doesn’t want to so therefore doesn’t have to, I reiterated the advice my doctor had given me and she followed up with that she doesn't care so is not going to provide me with it. After this I contacted my doctor who apologised and re sent my prescription to another pharmacy. Unfortunately she wasn't wearing a name tag so I’m unable to place a formal complaint. If you require urgent medication please do not risk attempting to pick it up here.

Boots has always been a great store to get what you need. They stock various ranges. If you are stuck for Christmas ideas, you might find a few in the store. I was surprised at the selection of products they have this year.The staff a helpful and its good to talk to one if you are stuck.I would suggest calling the store to ask as a norther way to find out if they stock the product you are looking for. Staff are friendly and store is clean and tidy but there are not enough staff so you have wait a while to be served and the stock level was a little low
