Incredibly grateful for the service I received from Shinerocks! I was originally planning to get a handful of local agents round to value my property with the intent of placing my home on the market with a cheap online agent, well that didn't happen!After the 3 valuations it became apparent as to why it made sense to pay more and go with an agency as opposed to a cheap online agent... I was extremely impressed with Claire from Shinerocks and decided to go with them, the service (IMO) was second to none.Once signed up a very nice and professional team were booked in to take photographs, measurements, EPC... and by the following day the property details were ready for me to check and sign off. I have to say my home looked fabulous! The property went on the market and by the third day I had 21 viewings booked in for the weekend, obviously the market was slightly more buoyant just a few months ago, that said my home which was a terraced house still seem to be extremely popular and hard to come by in the area.Following the viewings on Monday I had already received several offers and on Tuesday the property was under offer. Shinerocks guidance, negotiations and advice, from placing the property on, to the viewings and offers, was excellent and so too was their management through the chain/conveyancing process, there was a lot of ups and downs, chains collapsing, having to find another property... you name it, my purchase not so much my sale had virtually every catastrophe you hear about happen, but throughout Paul, Jo, Claire and Mathew stayed on top of things, they did a lot of hand holding, kept me up to speed with the chain and advised me all the way.Thank you Shinerocks!
