This is a delightful shop to visit ❤️ perfume is perfume, but the staff in this lovely store were wonderful and they know their perfumes, were pleased to serve you, offered suggestions, no rush, no hard sell, but good honest service and advice. I hope the staff are recognised for their exemplary service x

This has been the worst experience I have had in a long time regarding customer service I was shocked so much at how miserable and not very helpful staff were. No smiles or greeting or asking if we need help. They were pretty much hiding in the back avoiding their job.I was trying my best to stay positive I know its a tough time of year for retail but I felt I needed to prompt staff for assistance and help no advice or recommendations given I was clear on what I was looking for.My time included a refund to which their was discount on and both staff members were almost huffing that they had to actually do work and sort something out none of them seemed confident in what they were doing couldn't work out what discount was on uneducated in job role.I wanted to smell perfumes that had been advertised online but they didn't have any of them which is not staff fault but I think its a bit ridiculous as how are you suppose to buy something you haven't smelt before if its opened and used they won't return so very disappointed in this aspect of the company.Also I felt staff assumed I wanted online prices due to discounts they had as it was a very blunt response of 'online prices are different to store' which I didn't I purely wanted a new perfume I hadn't had before didn't care about money and actually ended up spending more money on top of the refund so extrememly annoyed with the whole experience and how I was left to feel.I went in with enough time left of opening hours, expecting help and assistance and happy staff but I actually felt I was holding them back and needed to pick a product quickly and felt rushed and needing to leave as it was a terrible atmosphere, but i stood my ground took my time i was spending alot of money so I wanted to be sure on the product I got.Avoid this store, I would actually take the busy and stress of travelling in to town to not experience this again.I spoke to my mum about it as she bought me the perfume that I returned and she had the same feelings that staff were unhelpful and arrogant.

I went to this store yesterday and was served by two ladies, one being more experienced than the other. However, both Emma and Amber gave excellent customer service and were very helpful in helping me choose two different fragrances. I left the store with beautifully packaged gifts. I would definitely recommend this store if you are looking for nice, friendly staff to help you choose the perfect gift.
