Jim was very busy but when he was in able to come he did a great job. No fuss and left everywhere clean and tidy. We developed an unrelated issue and Jim resolved this on the same day as being advised. Once again sorted expertly with great expertise.

Invited this contractor to quote for a small job and he responded promptly and came to look at the work. However he soon began suggesting additional repairs that had not been requested and it became obvious that he was keen to increase the scale of the job. I hesitated to agree to this, as I only wanted the work done that I had asked for. Whilst we were discussing options he abruptly departed. Clearly he wasn't interested in a small job unless it could be added to.
