Trentham Fencing

Ordered 12 panels at just under £600, service excellent with a return email informing me these could take up to 8 weeks for delivery but hoped for less. Just over 2 weeks later got a phone call from my Neighbor stating there was a Driver with the panels at my home wanting to know where to put them.(Which he also had to help to unload) Cannot complain about the delivery time but not just to Text, Phone or email to confirm the delivery date I found unacceptable. To add to this we had intended ordering a further panel. I contacted Trentham Timber and the reply back was partly this ,We do always try a tleast to make contact before delivery but it isnt always possible and given that for the last 15 months all deliveries have been on a contactless basis, we have on many occasions just had to deliver without getting in touch with customers, not ideal but it would have proved difficult to sort otherwise.Contactless basis refers to personal it does not stop you ringing, Text or email. To add to that the delivery note pushed through my door had my phone number on the top. Anyway yes they will supply the extra panel if i pay £18 delivery. Shame really the panels look well made and initial customer service fine.Nice to at least see a reply and the answer regarding the additional Panel hits the nail on the head totally wrong attitude.

Gave me a quote to undetake some work, i placed the order with them, kept saying for weeks they were coming now just completely ignoring me.

I only needed one fence panel 6 x 6, I went onto the website, placed and paid for my order. I received an email to acknowledge my order. Delivery said 5 to 7 days, I go to the gym the next morning, as I turn into my road there is my fence panel delivered on my drive. Half an hour later, see picture. Very pleased with service and quality of the panel. A+++

Contacted them for a quote and had someone turn up within a couple of days. There was clearly a degree of urgency due to insecure boundary of the property, however it is now six days later and I've heard nothing from them. We have had to use another nearby company who are able to start this week.

Someone visited my property to look at what work we wanted to have done, and said they would email a quote to me. It is now nearly three weeks and despite me calling the office I have received no quote. I have decided to go with another company who have responded with a quote within 3 days of them visiting my property.

We recently had Trentham Fencing install a a lovely fence around our property, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of outstanding.
