I call to ask about cats as we wanted to adopt a cat . Left a message but no one called back. Phone again the next day but the lady was not very friendly and just said refer yo out website. We have visited the coffee shop before deciding to adopt a cat and it is a friendly lovely coffees shop.

We adopted 2 older collies who are wonderful. The owner seemed to find the right match for us . They fit into our family perfectly . And the ongoing support has been incredible . If you are serious about giving a pet a forever home . I would highly recommend them .

Was visiting as they were holding a family fun day with boot fair and dog shows. Well laid out with plenty going on. Was nice to support such a great charity as they do so much to rescue and rehabilitate animals of all shapes and sizes.

Great place we went when they had a boot fair on this. It was well managed by staff and volunteers . You could hear animals as you walked around. The place seemed well maintained . Lots of people I know are firm supporters of the sanctuary and have removed animals from here. The checks they undertake are all in the best interests of the animals . The setting is lovely, far-reaching views surrounded by woodlands they also have a tea shop a little way up the road that is well worth a vist and helps to support the sanctuary and this is also a firm favourite for supporters

Took my cat here to get blood tests as he was loosing weight..When got in there they grabbed hold of my cat by its neck no consoltation.. even though we paid for itshaved fur off him. Shoved a needle in him. He started bleeding we said he’s bleeding the vet said oh he’s okay without even looking at him.. . didn’t give him no love or anything they traumatised him.. he urinated in his cat carrier which he’s never ever done in his life.. where they traumatised him.. they said it would take 7-10 days to get the results we got them on the 10th Day on email only as we kept on.. they sent it by email which is impossible to understand they are refusing to tell us over the phone what is wrong with him.. now we have to go and take our cat to another vets with the results and pay a further fee to find out what’s wrong with him.. which we already paid for them to tell us.. and they have not.. I would not send a stray rat to that vets everyone be careful of sending your animal to that vets as they have no duty of care to them they are DISGUSTING they also lied to us on a number of occasions on the phone.. my Cat has been under the bed ever since.. he’s very traumatised he’s never ever had that treatment in his life

I have been delighted about the Lord Whisky Sanctuary in the heart of the Lyminge Forest. On the guidance of a friend who has used the sanctuary a number of times, and due to my mother being in hospital at this time, and therefore unable to look after her lovely pet Yorkie, and with myself needing to be out of the country for a few days, I have been so happy with the level of care for, and excellent facilities provided for boarding of pets at the Lord Whisky Sanctuary. I strongly commend and recommend!
