The Plumbing Doctor
What a brilliant service. Booking was easy and the plumber turned up on time. He was able to fix a dripping tap and a leaky radiator, giving good advice on potential options for replacement of the radiator if the problem reoccurs. He also was able to advise on options for a leak in the bathroom. Having had some really bad experiences with plumbers in Plymouth (not turning up/not interested in small jobs etc.) the Plumbing Doctor was just brilliant.

We have had to employ the Plumbing Doctor to correct bathroom installation problems created by another firm. The Plumbing Doctor has been superb and informative. They have supported us and have explained the mistakes made and how these can be corrected. We recommend them unreservedly and will use them in the future without hesitation.

A refit of a downstairs cloaks. We engaged this firm as they had just finished a remodel of an en suite and we were delighted. We are also delighted with this recent work. Ian worked on both projects and was excellent, diligent, tidy, on time, and his work could not be faulted. We can thoroughly recommend this firm, and will be engaging them again shortly to refit the main bathroom.

Alex is fantastic. Excellent booking service, quick responses and very professional. Arrived on time, the use of the text service to notify when he was near and when the quote was available added to how smooth the process is. Alex assessed the job and was transparent every step of the way (despite the job being more complex/invasive than we had hoped). We had a couple options and although we are still undecided, we will definitely be using The Plumbing Doctor for future jobs. Excellent customer service from the start.

I was given a full run down of price and conditions prior to the job, I was offered a choice of dates and times to complete the job suitable to me. The work was completed on time, quickly and efficiently.An invoice was e-mailed me the day after with a number of options to pay. I will be happy to employ this firm again.

The Plumbing Doctor completed a radiator replacement in an en-suite area followed by a full bathroom installation for us - including a new hot water cylinder. An excellent job by the man who came. However, I was called by the boss Alex within 1 hour of the man leaving the property to pay. I did not have a chance to inspect the work as was told to leave the work alone to let the silicone dry which I of course complied with. I told him I would pay the next day. I again received a second phone call the next afternnon which I did not have time to answer. I paid within 24 hours. I was feeling intimidated by the boss Alex and will not use the company again for this reason. To reiterate the man who came did an excellent job and was professional.

Alex fitted our new shower and we have to say we were really impressed with the outcome. He was professional, efficient, tidy and speedy. Supplied and fitted a new electric shower to replace an older, broken model. Easy to contact, arrived on time, excellent work, followed C-19 safety and tidied up. Absolutely superb. My first port of call from now on.
