We had a wonderful experience working with Sarah. This was a remote service and, despite never meeting in person, Sarah was helpful, professional and personable throughout, utilising video calls, phone calls and e-mails to get the job done. She was able to take our layman's attempts at describing the kind of room we wanted and use them as the basis for creating a stunning design which we adore and has been complemented by everyone who has seen it. As you can see from the photos, the room has been completely transformed! She kept in communication throughout and provided detailed plans and drawings both for us and our tradespeople, sent swatches and samples for us to choose from, liaised with suppliers for us and made the entire process as stress-free as possible.
