Blueschool House

I wanted to give this 5 stars, if only the parking was better. There's a tiny car park adjacent to the building, but I think it's been landscaped. There's a small car park next door, between Blueschool House and KwikFit, or else otherwise it's either the multistorey in Widemarsh Street or the Old Market car park - which would be perfect for the average person, but if you're applying for a blue badge the thought of walking even that short distance can seem daunting.The interior of Blueschool House is light, airy and clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful - from the security guard and receptionist to the lady who helped me apply for the blue badge. She was very empathetic and ensured there was enough room in her cubicle our side of the desk to sit comfortably.There are tables dotted around opposite the cubicles and a line of cubicles along the one wall.I didn't see a coffee machine anywhere, but there was a WC that was accessible by a key from the security guard.All in all a pleasurable (and successful) visit.

Cold insensitive feeling place, horribly set out as both council and job centre enquiries, terrible decor, no privacy with one's enquiries, wether council or other. Very poor at great cost !!.

Reception very poor. Telephone to were I wanted to be seen a waste of time. Non responded. Once sortedthen things went OK.

Hold housing solutions hereford housing benefit office and the jobcentre .. Brilliant idea if you need all and every ones in the same building !They never have a long wait either and all staff ive met have been super friendly and actually seem to care and want to help you !..

I booked an appointment and was seen by a lovely lady called Tina .The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful and full of knowledge.

Council information center for housing benefit,council tax benefits also apply for disable blue badge & to renew old one and to apply for bus pass and incorporated job center + very useful if you need advice and help with benefits staff very helpful

A bit chaotic, check-in wait can take a while but seen quickly after that. Most I of the staff are very helpful.
