The food never tastes fresh. The staff look dirty and aren't customer friendly. Place is always dirty. Ordering machines never seem to give out the receipts. The screens that show the order numbers are broken as well. There are no paper cups for the ketchup. No serviettes. This McDonald's needs some serious adults running the place as it is a complete disaster at the moment.

Always pretty dirty and the food quality is disgusting!The chips were not eatable! Staff don't care!Complained on McDonalds website but no response. Order #005, 15/04/2023, 12:08:57This place certainly doesn't meet McDonalds standards!

Burger and fries both cold and fries undercooked too. My partner took the fries back and was given fresh ones. We were too hungry to wait for the replacement burgers. Very disappointing to not get this one thing right. Also ran out of milkshakes ..one of my favourite things about McDonald's.

McDonald's is one of my favourite places for lunch and dinner, I was worrying about how to increase my weight by some healthy diet. My wife suggested this outlet to me and many more healthy diets and that suggestion very helpful for me, increased my weight. Whenever I visit that outlet I feel warm and smiley welcome from all the staff.The burgers and fries are super delicious to eat. I will definitely recommend visiting this place for quick bites.

Been here many times. Most recent visits have all been fine. Food is good as always. The table service due to covid works really well and I hope they will still use the service once restrictions are gone. Saves you looking for a table when there isn't one.

Mc Donald's in Milton Keynes Cetral shopping centre is one of the busiest in the area, it serves most of the shopping crowd 7 days per week. Service can be slow due to high volume of customers. Seating can be difficult to find at peak times. Friendly busy staff always ready to assist with placing orders. Great for a short break during shopping at the centre.

Why even open if you can't offer the most basic customer service. 3 hot chocolate and one coffee took an age all done without a verbal acknowledgement or care. This country is broken.

This is the worst McDonalds that I have visited with my family and friends. The staff and management is very very rude who have zero customer management skills. I ordered 4 happy meals for the kids and they gave the same toys which were not even in the display. I asked them to change it and they told me off. Jamie Leigh was so rude that she ignored what I was asking for. Then the manager came and made a comment that they are doing a favour by giving us toys as if we have not paid of the meal. This is so derogatory, when I asked the manager name to put in the review she refused.I have been eating at McDonalds for almost 25 years now, but never I have encountered this situation.

Disgusted with this restaurant! I have never seen it in such a mess! Dirty tables, rubbish left on tables, overflowing bins. The cleaning that was happening during the pandemic is the least a restaurant should be doing anyway. Sure sign Macdonald's don't care Covid is still around. Absolutely disgraceful!!
