Overpriced goods - cheaper on Amazon, and staff are not friendly at checkout. The couple who paid before me got a very friendly reception from the customer service representative. I will not go back here again for my cat food.

A good place for pet lovers in West London. Wide variety of products. Place is kept clean, tidy, and very presentable. Some prices are a bit high but there seem to be special offers on many products. Free parking in front of the shop.

The parking is awful, however thats not a fault of the shop, thats just a warning for if you drive there... The shop is lovely, has plenty of bits and pieces for your pet pals and lovely staff also. Has a lovely variety of clothing for pets which is truly what I was after, and I shall be returning, just might find somewhere else to park though!
