A massive thank you to Paul and his team for saving the day after a flood in our new build property! Paul guided us through the whole process, helped to find matches for our current flooring and carpet, and arranged very quick delivery and installation. The fitters (Joe and his team) were really friendly and courteous that I could have asked for anyone better.They are such a fantastic family run local business that I will highly recommend and will definitely be using again.

Ordered a bedroom carpet and flooring from St James's and it couldn't have been better.Sharon and Paul in the showroom were friendly and extremely helpful and made everything very easy and straight forward.The delivery and fitting of both carpet and especially the flooring was exactly as planned and I would have no hesitation recommending this company.They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction at a very reasonable price.

The guys go above and beyond for there customers. My daughter picked her carpets here and I haven't seen her smile or sound so happy in such a long time. I have no words to express my gratitude. Excellent range of carpets and professional advice provided by the team, based on many years of experience. We purchased new carpets for our entire house. It felt like a daunting task but Paul and his team guided us through the process, alleviating the stress and helping to keep the disruption and upheaval to a minimum. The carpets were ordered, delivered and fitted in line with our agreed schedule. Overall, the service was faultless and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend St James Carpet Centre to family, friends and colleagues.
