The Web Studio designed our first website in 2013 and recently we have gone through a complete review and overhaul with them to freshen up the website and ensure it works across all platforms. I asked for a consultation meeting. They did not reply to my 1st email. They replied to my 2nd stating they had not received my previous message. They proposed an option between two days the week after the following. (Woow so busy, I thought!!!). I replied proposing a day and a time for the meeting. Few days later, I urged a reply to my meeting proposal. They did not even care to reply. Good for them if they are so busy that they cannot spare an hour to take care of a possible new client. If they keep on not receiving the email, well maybe, they should get in touch with someone dealing with websites, but a good one ;-((
