I've tried everything on offer and loved it all. Silks, hoop and bungee fit. All new to me, fun, exciting and definitely a whole body workout whatever you're doing including my face as I grin from ear to ear!

Really enjoyed my first taster session this evening, I was a little worried beforehand that I just wouldn't be able to do it but the instructor was brilliant and we were all flying round the room by the end! Can't wait to go back and give it another go.

I have a few health issues but knew I needed to undertake fitness to raise my heart rate & fitness levels.Well my taster session was so much fun and my body coped with this low impact exercise. So I booked a six week course!

My daughter absolutely LOVED the Cirque du Dance summer camp in Cheltenham! She can't wait to try out the classes and said she wished that she could have been at the camp all week! : )

I attended the taster session for Bungee fitness tonight with some work colleagues. We absolutely loved it! Jodie was an excellent instructor and created such a fun atmosphere. We will definitely be returning for another session!

I tried out the bungee fitness class and haven’t laughed or had so much fun while working out! Jodie really cared about making the experience great, I’ll definitely be back!

My daughter first experienced Cirque du dance at a friends party, she thoroughly enjoyed so we signed her up for the taster. She had so much fun and Jodie and the team are so good with the children and make it a fun experience. Such a different exciting activity. My daughter came out buzzing and can’t wait until her next session.
