Rang me a couple of times,I missed the calls so got discharged, I can not believe they didn't consider there was obv a problem otherwise I wouldn't be being referred to them in the first place, Middlesbrough is the worse place ever for help, I'm writing this as Kendra's carer, I've had the same problem with other clients, who are really Ill and need help, yes there under funded but they just are no help at all

Disgusting attitude from Ellie Norton, speaking to her patients like were children and refusing to give help when needed. No sort of compassion in her and for the receptionist there attitude was just as bad tell us there’s nothing we can do about it and if that isn’t bad enough we then continued to express how well the medication was working and that we were concerned that there would be a down spiral in our mental health we were then told if that happens to ring the crisis team this is then when they told us the had discharged us over a week ago without any phone call or email telling us, and this was all due to a missed appointment as the email didn’t come through, shocking behaviour from so called Mental Health specialist, only help us when we get to a point of having to call a crisis team!!!

Was last seen over 2 year ago. Said she would refer me to the adhd and autism team after 2 years of me phoning them and asking for appointements they sent me a appointment for the 22/12/21 for them to cancel with no explanation and then further 2 appointments and to cancel them too. I phoned to speak to the manager and I was told by the duty worker in a rude manner I can’t guarantee when she will ring you so I explained my situation to her she didn’t care her reply was we have over 7 patients to see and there not enough staff to keep up demand and if I’m wanting to be seen I’m to ring pals and that way I will get another appointmet quicker. I’ve rang pals and also quality care commission they are a joke and do not give a Dam about people mental health. They do get paid for nothing!!!!! I’m left with severe anxiety and this is what they do they need shutting down.

Seeing as my last review was removed I'll do it again , parkside isn't to be trusted they barely give prescriptions u have to ring up repeatedly , u get a support worker that is unavailable no matter how ill u are , I've been registered here for a few months now and I've yet to have an appointment even though my support worker has been paid since the end of July. This company takes advantage of the mentally ill , they get paid they don't do any of the services , shameful and disgusting xx

Firstly would like to say that this service is hundreds of times better than foxrush in Redcar the mental health nurses have been fantastic but I do feel dr dandash is terrible firstly I was asked to do a mood dairy for a month during a review with her she looked at it all or 10 seconds and gave me it back (I highly doubt she could read 30 pages of information in that time) she then put my quetiapine dose up from 250mg to 300mg and wrote me a prescription then I get a phone call of a duty worker saying my ECG was abnormal and that it was up to me if I wanted to stay on the dose I was on or start taking the new upped dose since Dr dandash already prescribed me lorazapam I decided I'd wait a week while I got another ECG before starting the new quetiapine dose after getting the all clear of my GP saying the ECG was fine so i started taking the upped dose ever since I have been trying to get another prescription so I can maintain being on the 300mg dose thus far this has been impossible I tried to phone earlier I got a call back off the duty worker and she relayed the message off dr dandash asking me who told me to start taking the medication this was brought to her attention a couple of weeks ago that I started taking the upped dose and would need another prescription and she is very reluctant to give me one and to be honest she seems to just make things a ball ache I have been taken off nearly all my other mental health medication which I would of been fine with if she stuck to the dose of quetiapine she said instead I'm now back to poor sleep numerous panick attacks a day and low mood constantly would suggest if you have the opportunity to get another doctor than her take it

Things started of fine fir a while but then everything changed my medication was passed to my gp without me knowing had bloods done and ecg never hot the results tried to speak to somebody and was told I would get a call back never happened I think that they just seem to give you medication and then that's it pass it to the gp and then forget about you I have been waiting for over two years for a adhd/asd assessment and still waiting I feel as if I've just been brushed under the carpet and forgot about I don't think my medication is working to its full potential but like I say who really cares could go on for hours but it all seems pointless

Dr Dandash and the nursing team have been fabulous. To be honest, I don’t recognise the Dr I have seen in these reviews. I think if you turn up looking for more meds then she isn’t for you. If you turn up with an open mind and are honest with her, she takes massive time to read your history and make a clinical diagnosis thoughtfully and thoroughly. She is open, candid and very insightful. Don’t read the bad reviews, she is really good

My experience has been extremely positive. Having been engaging with the hospital since my adhd diagnosis everyone from the clinical staff to the receptionists have been amazing. It is not always possible to solve problems straight away but I have never felt let down or ignored.

This place helped me for years. I went from a total wreck, with severe anxiety social and generalised to living almost anxiety free. They helped me with everything I needed they checked my vitals every 3 month. Got me on a medication that suited me Layed my worries to rest, therepy, you name it. I had a whole team of support around me going forward in life. I even got back to work with there help. I don't doubt they would do the same for anyone who will work with them. They are the reason I have quality of life. They are still involved with if I ever feel I'm not doing well. They are amazing xx
