Been here several times for piercings, all for £15 which is the cheapest I've ever seen and carried out safely. I've had no problem since going here. I got my industrial, nose, and double helix done here and I've had no problem.

All the piercers and tattooists are super lovely and helpful. However whenever I have been (multiple times now) the people at the desk have always had a terrible attitude, just makes you feel unwelcomed and puts you on edge. I was once told to take a picture of the jewellery stand instead of the girl at the desk coming up to show me herself….even though it is literally 2m away. Would recommend for piercings but just a shame they have terrible customer service at the desk.

The only place I ever go to for piercings and I really hope to start getting tattooed there soon. I've had eleven piercings done by them so far and they're always so calm, considerate and encouraging to me. There's nobody else I'd trust to put a needle through my face. 10/10, I'm a regular at this point and I don't see that changing anytime soon. Incredible place. I've recommended them to my fiancé too.

Never had a bad experience here. Staff are always helpful with any question you have about piercings.Always feel comfortable from the moment I walk in until the moment I walk out. This is my 14th piercing here and I’ll definitely be back for more!

Came in very nervous not knowing which piercing I wanted. Three girls at the front desk were very lovely and happy to advise on what would look good based on my ear anatomy. Piercing process was very quick and Erin was very supportive, talking me through how to breathe and after care advice. This is now my 7th piercing from Underground and I have always had a lovely, smooth experience.

Second time I’ve come here (first was for my navel); I got my helix pierced today. Quick and easy process. Piercer was absolutely lovely and did my mums helix aswell. Overall lovely staff. Will definitely come here again :)

Despite traveling from Ldn for a double nose piercing, my experience at this piercing studio was disappointing. The receptionists were unfriendly, and despite informing them of my allergy to cheap alloy, I was assured of the highest grade titanium. Unfortunately, the piercings became infected, leading to keloids. After six months of healing, I sought services elsewhere, and my new piercings have successfully healed. This experience underscores the importance of thorough research and choosing piercing studios with a focus on customer satisfaction and hygiene.

Got my septum done here a few weeks ago. Even though I was a walk in on a very busy day, they were able to make time for me and were so friendly! When I explained I might need a lie down after the needle went in, they were more than understanding and chatted to me as well as checking on me. Best piercing experience I've ever had and easiest healing process! Even said they could change it for me once the healing period is over. I'll be back again very soon for some more piercings!
