Excellent service from the helpful woman on the till today when collecting my order, I also bought other things while there because of such good customer service. Yes it really does make a difference. Parts are reasonable price wise, but I would advise checking and ordering online items for your actual model of car to be guaranteed availability. They will send you an email for collection time and date so it's easy to plan head. From a lone customer :-)

Would get 5 stars but the customer parking was full of staff cars as they have nowhere to park. Quick and easy process which is good when your in a hurry

Bought a battery 2 hours ago which after taking home showed up as 8volts took it back AND THEY BLAMED ME ?? TRYED ALLWAYS TO NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK until i was just about to leave then said put my reg in your website and see what it recomends (as they were saying i got wrong battery and broke it) after going out back and checking they come back with ATTITUDE SAYING GET HIM OUT THE SHOP FFFS AVOID AT ALL COSTS PEOPLE

People tent to say that ECP are a little more expensive even with the constant discounts" which looks like they've finally stopped. Either way they ended off being £30 cheaper on parts than the local competition. Never had an issue with returns either

Not too bad in all honesty and quite handy. Sometimes the prices can fluctuate a fair bit but if you join up online then you can get some excellent deals.I personally use this company quite a lot and because of their off the shelf stock it's worth it most of the time.
