I think H.E.L.P are a fantastic charity. I work for a social care company supporting teenagers in care and H.E.L.P have been really helpful with sourcing a bike for one of our young people and potentially a second for another. This has really made a difference to their lives and improved their independence. Beckie MacLellan was really approachable and helpful. Would highly recommend.

I want to say a big THANK YOU to Beckie MacLellan for the help she gave me in the time of my need. She immediately came to my help as soon as she received the email. She was with me right through out the whole process. The worst place you can go to get help. The employees are not friendly, especially the Egyptian employee, who is just a waste of time

I have referred many clients to HELP for their activities and groups and for bicycles and other items and equipment that make a major difference to people. HELP have always been extremely helpful and flexible to accommodate the needs of each individual. The staff and volunteers go way above and beyond to support vulnerable people and are very pro-active. What an amazing team, thank you all!
