Waylands - Volvo Cars Oxford

Waylands Oxford were fantastic because Olly's responsiveness on a Sunday morning to my online reservation, was exceptional. I received regular updates from him and was introduced to Nick, in the Oxford team who took great care of me from there on in. I had viewed the car within 48hrs and purchased it. It was home with me within a week, including a newly fitted parking camera!

The receptionist, Charlotte, at every instance of telephone inquiries was not only thoroughly polite and professional but beyond that freely offered helpful information and practical sorting of my issues. She is a strong asset to the work of Waylands!The driver, Phil, who collected and deposited the car was polite, efficient and helpful.Finally Gary and his team listened to my questions and both addressed and adjusted the service to suit the details of what the car at that service needed in particular.I am glad I can count on Waylands and shall happily continue to use the service even when occasionally the financial stretch is a little more than I might find elsewhere.

I took my old VW there for a part exchange and got a reasonable deal considering it was 10 years old. My new car is full of new to me...technology which was clearly explained and tried on the driving experience. I would recommend Volvo Cumnor for safety, confidence and a lot of help and smiles from the staff.

Would highly recommend Waylands Volvo Oxford. Megan was fantastic from start to finish. Megan listened to our requirements on a used car and found something perfect within 24 hours! All of the staff were super helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. I’d recommend them to anybody who’s in the market for a new car!

The team were very professional, the car was serviced and MOT provided with professional standard. One of the recommendations was that I replace the two front tires, when I called the company and requested the tires to be replaced. I was told that this could be done the next day. I was also told that I could keep the courtesy car until the next day. however, when I informed the company that I wish to have my own tires, they changed their position about the courtesy car, they immediately told me that theCourtesy car had already been booked. I will let you conclude what you represented the truth, how could the car magically become unavailable once I tell them them that I wanted to fit my own tyre?

I am absolutely delighted with all aspects of the service we have received from Waylands Oxford and the car. I spoke to dealers across the country to secure a very fair deal with honest conversation throughout. Andre’s service has been exceptional and Matthew also supported us when Andre was on his days off. Great people to work with and huge thanks to Dave who brought the new car almost 200 miles to us. Very efficient service on the day. Phil collected and returned the car which was really convenient. Charlotte kept us updated through the day and was able to address various issues with the car. It all ran smoothly and was easy.

Waylands were excellent from start to finish. Ordering was easy, we were given plenty of time to look around the showroom with no pressure selling. We went off to think about it for a couple of days then came back for a test drive and then placed an order on a Sunday afternoon for a new XC40. We’d originally gone in for an approved used car but after going through the offers and hearing about the stock of new cars we were able to go for something brand new which a bonus.Volvo advised it’d be up to 4 weeks for delivery but the car arrived the following Thursday and Waylands arranged handover as quickly as possible a few hours later, even sending somebody over to pick us up as we were without a car.Really pleased with the car, the deal we were offered and the whole process from ordering to handover.Thanks to Nick for making the process very easy and ensuring we got the best offer available, and Georgia for the thorough handover.

Excellent experience - team at Wayland were very good in their communication and kept me informed through the day. I find the videos and reports provided extremely useful and transparent. I also used the pick up/drop off service which was provided by Harry. Excellent manner and I felt confident leaving the car with him.
