Fake polishes in OPI bottles! Unfortunately my usual salon where I have had regular OPI manicures and pedicures for over 15yrs - was fully booked, so I booked an appt at TT Nails in NewmarketThe coral polish shade applied to both my toe nails and finger nails at this salon completely faded out to virtually white within 5 days. Obviously this doesn’t happen with genuine OPI products.

I went to use my voucher & was told it had expired it only lasted 3 months , it had expired by 4 days and they would not honour it and yet they had the money !!! Very poor customer care ! Don’t care as they’ve had the money , Most vouchers last a year !

1st visit was amazing. Very unhappy with the 2nd and had to return quickly to have nails put right.

I went in yesterday the guy was rude i showed him the picture of what I wanted which was French nails and this is what he did.. for £40 I’m expecting something perfectly done.. he literally did it for 15 minutes and told me it’s done

A couple of weeks ago I needed to get my builder gel nails off. I chose this place since it has lots of good reviews and it’s on High Street.I realized it was a mistake as soon as I walked in. The salon is need of major renovation, a dirty towel is greeting you right by the entrance and the smell of acetone is extremely strong. They were able to offer me an appointment the very next day which I thought was good.On the day of the visit the dirty towel was still in the same spot. The lady who did my nails was barely speaking any English ( don’t get me wrong, I’m not British either but you need to be able to explain simple things when you work with people). The whole appointment lasted 40 mins which is extremely short time to take off builder gels, tidy up the nails and apply fresh gel polish. The cuticles were not tidied up properly, my nails were with different lengths and most importantly- due to using the electric file to take all of the builder gel, my nails were left extremely soft. My nails are usually pretty strong but after filing some of the top layer of my natural nail, they were bending so easily. The gel polish cracked after a few days. I kept it on just to feel like I got my money’s worth but could not wait to take it off. I had to cut my nails off as some of them cracked or chipped. I took off the gel polish yesterday and was shocked to see the difference between the nails that I was left with after visiting this salon and the freshly grown part of my natural nails.Keep in mind that I have done a nail technician course but do not practice, and normally I do my nails with gel, this time tho I had to find someone to take off the builder gels off as I don’t have an electric file.Also, I rarely post bad reviews, I try to justify anything that I might not be happy with, but all this was too much for me and simply there are no excuses. I would not be returning to this place and suggest you don’t either. Especially if you are used to professional and somewhat luxurious experiences.

Very quick and professional service from wonderful staff. Very reasonable price. Always willing to try even complex designs.

We had a great experience!! It was my 3 y/o daughter’s first time ever getting her nails painted! They were absolutely wonderful with her! Such a great memory we will cherish forever! FYI they only take CASH!!! Come prepared!

Brilliant place to have nails and a pedicure done. A quick experience which fits in with a busy schedule. With a loyalty scheme that helps with cost. Andy and the team are friendly and will answer any questions you have. Book in advance as it’s a busy little place.
