Parts department not open on a Saturday which is pretty odd as people need parts or to collect weekends

I would like to say huge thank you to the absolutely amazing and caring stuff of Vauxhall in Chichester. The two gentlemen I spoke to today were very helpful, kind and understanding. They’ve made every possible effort to help me with my tyres ( lost wheel lock nut key)and thank to them first time in my short motoring adventure I didn’t feel like silly woman who “doesn’t have a clue”. Thank you very much guys!

I cannot praise all the staff at Frosts highly enough, from John and Hannah who dealt with my plethora of phone calls (!) to all the mechanics who explored the issues with my car. They are absolutely first class!Having had a thoroughly demoralising, (and inaccurate!) experience with Halfords, the company I lease my car from booked the car in with Frosts to resolve the issues.From the first phone call with Frosts right through to the closing of the matter, staff there were polite, friendly, courteous and, not once, did they make me feel silly. In complete contrast to Halfords, they did not look down on me as a woman but took all my comments seriously, listened to me and could not do enough to help.Thankfully, my car did not have anything seriously wrong with it and I have walked (driven!) away with my mind at ease about driving my car. I would thoroughly recomend Frosts and will be returning there for services or should my car ever have any issues. Thank you to all of you for your excellent service.

Left my van for a brake inspection only to return the same day at 4 pm to find my van up on the ramp with no wheels on? I was told at reception that the brakes and disks were being replaced ? It would be finished soon! I waited in the waiting room until 5:05 pm when the mechanics shut up shop and left? Receptionist informed me it has taken longer than anticipated? Left stranded with no van no tools for my next days work my boss was not amused and a long walk home without my van !!

Absolutely rubbish communication was terrible and for a vaxhall garage it took 5 week for them to fix add blue fault only for it to happen again would not recommend themAnd to top it all it was not wiped down inside considering we are in the middle of a pandemic so there covid process id terrible

I purchased parts for my Vauxhall Movano - unlike other local dealers they answered the phone quickly, ordered parts in that day and phone me to say they were ready for collection. The man in the parts department and the woman on the front desk were both helpful and friendly. Has to go further than I would have liked to collect these parts but worth the extra miles just to be able to deal with people who know how to run a service business

First time we have used for servicing and a repair really impressed. Staff very polite and helpful completed on time.
