Bought an EOS secondhand over the phone. A bit nervous about this as miles away from Bath, but i need not have worried. Arrived brilliantly packaged the next day and works like a dream. Have just asked Ian for his advice on a compact camera suitable for taking inventorys and he has done it again. Arrived less than 24 hrs later, exactly what we need, well packaged and you feel that you are dealing with a genuine firm who LOVE cameras! Can't say enough about the service. Thanks

I recently bought a pair of binoculars at this shop. The service was excellent, the person at the shop let me test various binoculars; I never felt pushed to buy something. He was very patient with me.Their technical advise was very helpful too. I highly recommend this shop.

Great retailer to deal with. Bought a new pair of Swarovski 8.5x42 EL binoculars which were a competetive price and came with some nice extras worth about £60 as well. Next day delivery. I would highly recommend this retailer.

Excellent service from the Bath shop and a wide choice of products. I was after a Swarovski scope but not being sure which one suited my needs, I was offered the chance to try them out to help make a decision, which in my opinion is invaluable. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and offered me a deal I think most other dealers would have failed to match. All in all a five star service and I wouldn't hesitate in driving the five hour round trip to deal with them again. Ken Ebsworthy.
