Waste of time. Sign up is easy enough, using Raisin’s “verification process”. However, when I tried to open 3 different savings accounts, they were all refused as “unsuccessful”. Raisin can’t (or won’t) explain why for “regulatory reasons”…. Blah, blah, blah. So no help whatsoever in trying to get whatever needs verifying, verified. Really frustrating. Judging by some of the other reviews I may have had a lucky escape.

Dreadful! Slow and cumbersome. I should have been entitled to a cash incentive but they found some excuse not to give it to me. My account matures soon and I’ve got to jump through hoops to access my money; they won’t pay straight into my nominated account. AVOID!!!

Don't bother. Poorly designed signup process telling me to deposit money despite them not having verified me yet. Asked for a document which I supplied but then told me the details were wrong. Replied to say I couldn't see the details to check them but no answer 10 days later and just keep getting nagging automated emails. Can't trust my savings to a company this badly setup.

I had two investments with Raisin mature. It took several days for the matured investment funds to be returned to my account. Despite having other investments open ready to receive these funds, both accounts are still showing as unfunded one week later. This is potentially costing me £14 per day in lost interest. Extremely unhappy with this situation.Update: Still no further forward with this, so today I contacted Raisin who stated that they are having issues. They are unable to give any further details and timeframe as to when the matter will be resolved, but assured me that I would not lose interest. However, due to my concerns over this situation I informed that I wished to withdraw the funds, to which I was informed this was not possible.I have registered a complaint and await a response, which I am informed could take up to five days.Absolutely unacceptable when it involves significant personal investments.

Phone guys brilliant but back office administration atrocious. Very poor service. Following death of my son I had to phone numerous times to recoup monies. They kept asking for more documention . When they recouped monies had to go back and ask for interest. I would not recommend this company.

Transferring money in was far easier than I expected based on reviews. I could instantly see that Raisin had received my funds, which was reassuring, pending allocation to my savings account. At did have anti-fraud checks to perform with my own bank as they safeguard my money.

Couldn't withdraw funds using desktop app showing zero funds, twice. Online support doesn't work and telephone support also poor.

Useless company, set up a savings account with Zenith through them, been three weeks just shows pending, emailed then and just get stock response it can take a few days. Waste of time and lost all trust with them now, not worth risking your money with!

Useless, robotic, ineffective. Impossible to get any support. Messages unanswered. Doesn't provide information or explanation. Had to resort to formal complaint. Fully expecting this to go to fca. I thought it might be a scam but they are shockingly bad at enabling you to deposit money in any account so I don't think so!

website is very poor signs you out randomly without warning! and when I say at at random sometimes very short intervals of time <20 seconds and even when logged in it redirects you to a registration page when applying to an account as if you were not actually signed in, glad I discovered how bad it was before I actually tried to deposit any money.Having an extremely badly functioning website for an online only service makes it impossible to trust them.
