Stratford oven & Carpet Cleaning

I have been meaning to leave this company a review as I think it’s well deserved after how they left me and my partner with no service and an angry landlord the day before we was due to move out of our home. We had arranged for them to come and clean the oven so it was ready and clean for our moving day, this was booked Atleast a week before the date and was agreed over the phone. Well, to this day we’re still baffled what went wrong because this company was a no show and after several phone calls just trying to get hold of someone we was completely ignored and never heard anything, we had to try our best to clean the oven ourselves amongst packing to move house with a newborn baby and was stressed and deeply disappointed. Absolutely disgusting, why arrange an appointment if you’re going to fail to turn up to it? Or Atleast answer the phone and let the customer know? Shocking, do not use as they probably won’t turn up.
