Good website, easy to use when organising trip, and simple to pay. Representatives (or at least the one i spoke to) are native English speakers and are very helpful when we needed to make some last minute changes. Visited Arinsal/Pal, had a great time, despite the very hot weather and resulting poor snow conditions!

Always enjoy a snowboard holiday in Andorra. Lovely local people and a great vibe on the mountain. Local services are good! Just do your research …

We have booked lift package, equip rentals and ski school with them twice. Both times super easy to book and smooth on arrival. Quick to respond to any questions. Good value and professional.

Andorra resorts and my travel agent Steve have been absolutely fantastic over the past few years. Unfortunately due to the COVID pandemic I've had a few trips cancelled but Steve and his company were fully supportive and refunded us without question reassuring me along the way. This was very reassuring with all the uncertainty we have all found ourselves in recently. I have since booked two trips for January 23 with Steve and as expected I have been well looked after as a returning customer. I cant recommend him and Andorra Resorts highly enough especially as he knows the place and the resorts very well which helps to cater for the customers individual needs from private transfer to accommodation, ski passes, ski hire or the full package including ski lessons. Nothing was difficult and all vouchers were emailed once payment was made. I have been to Arinsal, Andorra several times over the years with my family and I am looking forward to my forthcoming trips. Feel free to refer to Steve using my name in this review to guarantee a pleasant experience if you are looking to visit the beautiful country of Andorra!!

Never did snowboard before and because of the resort and my teacher Punti I'm now in love with it. Planning to do every year.
