Initially went for a different vehicle and changed my mind which they were very understanding of. Decided to increase my purchase amount and worked with car loans 365 to get a lovely high spec Ford Kuga. Neil even handed over on a Sunday. Lots choice on the forecourt. Took out anadditional warranty too. Looked at other garage's who were very pushy so was good to deal with these.

Been a loyal customer since 2000. Glyn the owner, has always been an honest and pleasant gentleman. Then you've got Steve, the mechanic, who is so knowledgeable in his trade. He is also so polite honest and pleasant. In the office there is Helen. Besides being so pleasant and always welcoming, she is very efficient. Woulrecommendday

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish .We asked for a full description of a van on the telephone he was honest gave a description when we viewed to buy 100% honest description happily brought the van for our conversion.

Bought a car, no service done as advertised. Wrong V5 so couldn't tax the car.Had to pay £25 for V5 myself, was told the owner Glynn would tax it (he couldn't without a v5 anyway) and he never did.When searching through service history paperwork for other vehicles had been put in most likely to bulk" up its history.No fuel (on fumes and cut out at nearest garage).Don't waste your time and go somewhere else."

I can't fault them. I've had my car in with them twice for repairs and been really impressed with the customer service and the price. Friendly and straightforward advice with no hard-sell or unnecessary work. My friend bought a car from their used car dealership, a few years back, which he's been really happy with and it was his recommendation to use the garage side. Really glad I did and highly recommend.

I bought a Discovery 3 from Pudsey Service Centre recently, the car was excellent condition for it's age and as described. I had to send the car in for some work and it was ready within 2 days. The dealership provides excellent customer service and aftercare. Glyn even picked me up personally to collect my vehicle when it was ready. Top bloke, great service.

Good choice of used vehicles .Found the car i saw advertised and received excellent service from point of sale to aftercare having the need to return the vehicle for some advice The workshop mechanic took the time to check my concerns , A new part was ordered and the sales office loaned me a courtesy car until the work was completed .Very friendly and helpful team , nothing seems too much troubleMy part exchange vehicle was collected on time from home , good communication .Very happy with the car and excellent customer service i received .

Bought a car from here, they were all very lovely while we made the purchase. Since then, we've had to have the car back in under warranty and they've been absolutely awful. Very rude, passing us off with different lies and excuses.
